Changing the wording of zoning regulations regarding accessory structures and setbacks is on the agenda next week for the Blair Planning Commission.
Two more public hearings are slated Tuesday – both for conditional use permit requests. One for a detached garage at 1818 Lincoln street, another for a non-commercial repair shop at 10249 Cook Drive.
The Planning commission will also elect chair and vice chair for this year. That meeting Tuesday evening, 7oclock in City Council Chambers at 218 South 16th Street.
