STALKER, MISSING WOMAN ON WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFFS SUMMARY FOR THE WEEKEND
A vehicle fled from a traffic stop with the Blair Police Department at the roundabout yesterday afternoon. The Washington County Sheriff’s office attempted a stop of that vehicle on Highway 133 but lost sight of it as the driver fled at a high rate of speed. No pursuit ensued due to that heavy traffic.
Also on Sheriff Mike Robinson’s activity summary for the weekend, both the sheriff’s office and Blair police located a missing woman from the creek behind Mandarin House.
Arrests over the weekend include a drunk driving incident at Highway 31 and County Road 38, a 19 year old woman arrested for drunk driving at county roads p-30 and 27, a 38 year old male for drunk driving at Highway 91 and County Road 15, a 39 year old woman in Blair for Driving under suspension, and a 24 year old woman for a warrant.
Among the many other matters on that report, an area woman reported Stalking and harassment after continuous contact by a male party. She was advised on protection order options.
