
TACTICAL TEAM CALLED TO HERMAN - FIELD FIRES ON WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S SUMMARY
The Washington County Tactical team was called out yesterday morning to a home in Herman for a possible barricaded suspect. The suspect had left the residence and was found in front of a Herman area business. He was arrested for felony protection order violation and disturbing the peace.
Also on Sheriff Mike Robinson’s report for the weekend, a stolen vehicle was found at the Blair airport, and was secured at the sheriff’s office.
A physical disturbance in Fort Calhoun ended in the arrest of a 31 year old male for third degree domestic assault. Two drunk driving arrests, a warrant arrest are also on Washington County activity summary.
A traffic stop on Highway 30 and County Road p-7 ended in the arrest of a 27 year old man for driving under suspension, a passenger left the scene, but was identified as a man with several felony warrants from Dodge County. The Three Corps Drug Task force says that suspect is in Fremont.
A field fire at County Road 29 and Japp Lane was put out by multiple agencies. A rekindled fire at Highway 133 and County road 35 was handled by Fort Calhoun and Kennard Fire departments.
