Accidents and arrests on new report.
An accident had included injuries late last night near the Blair Airport and County Road p-38 according to Fort Calhoun Fire and Rescue. Life flight and ambulances were used, Both Northbound and Southbound lanes of Highway 133 were closed, and Kennard Volunteer Fire and Rescue also worked that accident as well as the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
Also on the Washington County Sheriff’s Activity summary just released this morning. A 39 year old male was arrested Friday night on highway 133 for driving during suspension.
A 19 year old male was arrested during a traffic stop in Fort Calhoun for driving under suspension, minor in possession, and open container among other charges.
Among the many other matters on Sheriff Mike Robinson’s report for the weekend, a retired law enforcement officer contacted the sheriff’s office, saying they had received a strange call from a masked voice that may have been someone they had arrested in the past and wanted others to be aware of any potential problems.
