Unfortunately, Blair and Washington County have seen some emergencies from weather affect our community recently. Major emergencies can overwhelm the capabilities of first responders, particularly during the first 12 to 72 hours. To help alleviate the pressure on first responders Three Rivers Public Health has established its own Medical Reserve Corps (MRC).
The MRC unit is designed to provide an important "surge" capacity during this critical period.
