ROLLING DOMESTIC ASSAULT, SCAM ON WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S SUMMARY


An accident on Highway 91 yesterday evening – the Washington County Sheriff’s Activity Summary shows a truck and trailer was driven left of center and collided with a semi truck with a trailer. A 46 year old man was cited. Also on that summary for July 3rd through this morning, an attempted burglary in the 4800 block of Crestview Drive, another accident – one vehicle with two people crashed in the 9300 block of County Road p-35. An area man was arrested for drunk driving after a traffic stop at Highway 133 and County Road p-38, the drunk driver also charged with child abuse. A 50 year old male arrested for drunk driving and driving under suspension in Fort Calhoun. Deputies also assisted Blair Police in arresting two parties for a “rolling domestic assault"- the two were aggressive and covered in blood. Sheriff Mike Robinson’s report includes a hand full of people in separate incidents that were intoxicated and passed out, several fireworks complaints, and a theft. In that matter, a person paid four hundred dollars to an unknown party for concert tickets – in what appears to be a scam.
