Just one arrest over the weekend by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office – that of a 26 year old male in Fort Calhoun for driving under suspension and no insurance. His vehicle was towed.
Also on Sheriff Mike Robinson’s summary for the weekend, assisting Blair Police in a drunk driving incident in Blair in the early hours Sunday.
A single vehicle accident in the 7900 block of County Road 23, another accident at County Road p-35 and Lost Valley Lane.
Deer crossing roadways at nighttime is a continuing issue, one large deer was obstructing Highway 75 at County Road p-28 and was removed.
A report of children driving a UTV on County Road 18 ends in the responding officer contacting the child and his mother to advise keeping children off roadways.
