During a call about suspicious activity on West Anderson Street in Modale, the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office contacted people at the residence who identified themselves as the owners who were cleaning. It was discovered, however, that one of them had an outstanding warrant and was taken into custody.
Also, on Sheriff Brandon Doiel’s Activity Summary for August 24th through the 31st, a single car train derailment off of Fremont Avenue. Union Pacific responded to the scene.
A false Identity Case with deputies assisting State of Kansas Law Enforcement – the suspect was found, and a Mondamin man was arrested for driving under suspension and taken to jail. Those are just a few of the matters on the activity summary for the Harrison County, Iowa Sheriff’s Office.
