An anonymous survey by the Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging – to determine if there is a need for low cost healthy lunches for those in the area aged 60 and older. Those surveys can be done through a QR code, through a link or a paper questionnaire. More information can be found on the Blair Radio Facebook Page.
A retro gaming tournament at the Blair Public Library and Technology Center is Friday December 27th from 1 to 3pm. Prizes, snacks and more – for ages 15 to 19. It’s free, but you must register by calling 402-426-3617
The Roots to Wings 10th annual New Year’s Even Night is December 31st from 6pm to 12:30am More details can be found on the Roots to Wings social media.
“Big Questions and Innovative Solutions in Land Management” - a free workshop for farm and land owners and tenants for managing or leasing land is January 9th, 1-4pm at the Nebraska Extension in Washington County – 597 Grant Street, suite 200. Refreshments will be provided by Farmers National Company. Though the event is free, registration is required – call the Nebraska Extension in Washington County – at 402-426-9455 (repeat) the deadline to register is January 8th.
