PRACTICE BURN POSTPONED DUE TO STATEWIDE FIRE BAN

A practice burn of a house west of Blair this Sunday has been postponed due to that statewide burn ban put into effect Wednesday by Governor Jim Pillen.

Blair Fire Chief Joe Leonard says that practice burn just off of Highway 91 will be moved to the following Sunday. Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue, along with several other area departments will use the practice burn as a training opportunity.

That Statewide burn ban is in effect until midnight, April 30th.
