Nebraska is the first state which will require that able bodied adults aged 19 to 64 to work at least part time 80 hours per month if they receive Medicaid.     This measure announced yesterday by Governor Pillen and Dr. Oz, administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services – this goes into effect this coming May first.
