The 2nd session of Nebraska's 109th Legislature started yesterday, along with that, the process to expel Senator Dan McKeon has been accused of inappropriate touching of a staff member    Following an investigation by a special personnel panel, Senator Ben Hansen of Blair said the Executive Board was taking steps to formally initiate the process against the Amherst lawmaker. 56 year old Patrick West, Junior of Missouri Valley passed away January 2nd. He was a Captain of Security with Douglas County Corrections and helped found the DCDC Honor Guard.
